What is Panchang?+
Panchang(literally "five limbs") is the traditional Hindu calendar and almanac. It consists of five elements: Tithi (lunar day), Nakshatra (lunar mansion), Yoga (luni-solar combination), Karana (half of tithi), and Vara (weekday).
