Do I need my exact birth time?
For anything house-based — lagna, the twelve bhavas, divisional charts, Lal Kitab remedies — yes, because the lagna changes roughly every two hours. Moon sign, nakshatra and most planetary positions are accurate without it. Where a calculator needs exact time it asks for it and will not silently substitute noon.
