Your kundali, Panchang, muhurat, dosha, and Kundli Matching scores are calculated with the Swiss Ephemeris — the same arc-second astronomical engine used in professional astronomy — applied with the Lahiri Ayanamsa, the sidereal standard of Vedic astrology. Sunrise, sunset, Tithi, Nakshatra, Rahu Kaal, and choghadiya are computed for your exact location and timezone, and cross-checked against authoritative Panchang references so the figures match what a careful Panchang shows.
Interpretation is anchored to the classical texts — Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra and Phaladeepika— not to an AI's memory. The rules that decide what a graha, dosha, or Dasha period means come from those shastras; the engine supplies the exact positions they are read against.
How the AI Jyotishi Works — and What It Never Does
Ishvaram's AI Jyotishi reads your computed chart and explains it in plain language. It is honest about what it is: an AI trained across the Vedic traditions, never a human pretending to be a pandit, and never a fabricated name, lineage, or photo.
The dividing line is strict and deliberate — the engine computes every fact, and the AI only frames and interprets it. The AI never invents a date, a planetary position, a dosha reading, or a muhurat time; those always come from the calculation.
