Frequently Asked Questions
Why do these timings differ from another site's?
Because every window here is derived from your city's actual sunrise and sunset, not from a fixed 06:00–18:00 day. Rahu Kaal, choghadiya and the muhurat windows are one-eighth divisions of the real daylight span, so Chennai in December and Delhi in June genuinely produce different clocks. A site publishing one national table is approximating.
Which tool answers 'is now a good time'?
Choghadiya for the next few hours, Rahu Kaal for the window to avoid, and Shubh Muhurat when you are picking a date for a specific act — a purchase, a journey, a griha pravesh. Panchang gives you the full day's context: tithi, nakshatra, yoga and karana together.
Do I need my birth details for these?
No. These are day tools — they need a date and a place, not a birth chart. Use the calculators if you want something derived from your own kundali, such as your dasha period or a personal muhurat.
