1. Who we are

Ishvaram is a Vedic astrology platform operated by Digesh Nanda in India. These Terms of Service govern your use of ishvaram.com, our applications, astrology tools, digital reports, consultations, content, and related products or services.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing Ishvaram, creating an account, submitting birth details, purchasing a report, booking a consultation, or ordering a remedy product, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

3. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, birth details, contact details, and order information. You are also responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Astrology content and appropriate use

Ishvaram provides astrology, spiritual, cultural, and informational services. Astrology readings, AI-assisted guidance, reports, remedies, panchang information, muhurat suggestions, and related content are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, investment, or emergency advice. You should use your own judgement and consult qualified professionals for decisions that require professional advice.

5. Purchases, payments, and delivery

Prices, taxes, discounts, and delivery timelines are shown at checkout or on the relevant product page. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay, Shopify, or other supported processors. Digital reports and service access may be delivered through the platform, email, WhatsApp, or secure download links. Physical products are governed by our Shipping Policy.

6. Refunds, cancellations, and failed payments

Digital astrology reports, consultations, and personalized services are generally non-refundable once processing, generation, delivery, or consultation work has started, unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout. If a payment is debited but the order is not created, contact support with the payment reference so we can verify the transaction and resolve it.

7. User submissions and birth data

You represent that information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Birth data, questions, chat messages, uploaded details, and preferences may be used to generate your requested astrology outputs and improve service quality as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Ishvaram or interfere with the platform. This includes:

attempting to access systems, data, accounts, or APIs without permission;
copying, scraping, or reselling content at scale without written permission;
submitting unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful content;
using the platform to violate another person's privacy or rights;
reverse engineering, bypassing limits, or disrupting security controls.

9. Intellectual property

Ishvaram owns or licenses the platform, design, software, content, generated templates, brand assets, data structures, and service workflows. You may use purchased reports and free tools for personal use. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, or build a competing service from Ishvaram content or systems without written permission.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, tools, products, pricing, or content. We aim to keep the platform reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every calculation, recommendation, or third-party integration will be error-free.

11. Third-party services

Ishvaram may use third-party services for authentication, payments, analytics, communication, hosting, shipping, AI processing, and customer support. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ishvaram will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the platform, reliance on astrology content, service delays, third-party issues, or inaccurate information submitted by you.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the platform, create legal or security risk, or fail to pay for ordered services. You may stop using the platform at any time and may contact us for account or data requests under our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator's registered place of business in India will have jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Ishvaram after changes means you accept the updated terms.
