Why Study Celebrity Janam Kundalis?
In classical Vedic astrology, analyzing the birth charts of eminent personalities provides concrete, empirical evidence for how planetary combinations (Yogas), house lords, and Dasha cycles manifest in human achievement.
Whether it is a Bhadra Yoga from a strong Mercury or a Durudhura Yoga formed around the Moon, seeing how a combination sits in a known chart makes it easier to recognise in your own.
How to read a chart in this collection
Start with the Lagna, not the Moon sign. The rising sign fixes which house every graha falls into, so two people born on the same day under different rising signs read almost nothing alike. Once the Lagna is settled, look at where its lord sits: that single placement says more about the shape of a life than any yoga name does.
Then read the yoga in context. A raja yoga is a combination, not a guarantee. Classical texts are explicit that a yoga delivers during the dasha of the grahas that form it and stays comparatively quiet outside those periods, which is why two charts carrying the same yoga can produce very different biographies. The timing layer, not the combination alone, decides when it speaks.
What this collection is, and what it is not
Every chart here uses a birth time that Astro-Databank rates AA (from a birth certificate or record) or A (from the person or their family), and each page names its source. Birth times for public figures are often approximate or disputed, and an uncertain minute moves the Lagna and every house with it, so charts whose times are conflicting, known only from a biography, or unknown are not published here. The Moon sign, nakshatra and graha positions would survive a small error; the house-based conclusions would not.
These pages are a study aid, not a verdict on anyone's life. Reading a chart backwards from a biography you already know is the easiest way to fool yourself: once the outcome is fixed in your mind, some combination in almost any chart will appear to explain it. The honest use of a collection like this is to watch how one classical rule behaves across many charts before you trust it on your own.
